Those who are really in need of your idea/product will most likely express gratitude. It’s like a long awaited scratch to a bad itch. And when the itch is over, it feels great. So the more severe a customer’s problem is, the more likely they are to shout for joy, the more they will tell others about you.
You get the biggest return from customers who is in great need of your business. You don’t need to persuade them, they’ll come for you. They’ll share your business to others as an act of gratitude.
