									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our solar panels face South for optimum performance, but on blue sky days when the sun rises in the East they get no direct sun and performance is terrible, but I noticed on overcast or misty days those first 3 hours of the day produced up to 4 times more solar energy readings.  Eg. they go from 100w to 400w.</p>
